Herbal Tea - Raspberry Leaf

The leaf of the Raspberry Bush does not share the same flavour as the bright fruit, but it does possess many other qualities. Traditionally used to aid women during menstruation and pregnancy (from week 24 onwards). It can also reduce diarrhoea, relieve sore throats and reduce fever as well as being high in iron, calcium, manganese, magnesium and vitamins B1, B3 and E.
