Plum Kasundi Sauce

Plum Kasundi Sauce has a sweet, warm, lingering taste, that is rich with Indian spice and a complex fruity flavour. It is a sweeter version of Tomato Kasundi Sauce and is simply delicious on all meats and any style of eggs. It can be used to add depth to stews, and savoury meat pies and curries. It is equally beautiful as a dollop on soup. The colour can vary depending on the use of black or red plums.   Serving Suggestions: Spices up your dim sims, sausages, chips, steak and toasted sandwiches.
