Raspberry-Thyme Shrub

Fruity, light and complex in flavour. This syrup can be added to water or sparkling water for a refreshing thirst quenching drink, an easy alcohol-free drink.  Add a splash to gin or vodka and top with soda water. This is a healthy version of kid’s cordial or Gatorade and is the ultimate old fashioned thirst quenching, rehydration drink (Developed in the 1800’s). Serving Suggestions: add a little oil and shake for salad dressing. Add to your favourite cocktail.
