We are a small family business based in Canberra, producing premium quality jams, marmalades, chutneys, relishes, sauces and specialty food items.

Our products are made using the freshest produce available, bought direct from the farmer at local farmer's markets where possible.

The vibrancy and texture of quality fruit and vegetables used in all Black Horse products shows through in rich red Beetroot Chutney, strawberry blush of SMP Jam (that's Strawberry, Mango and Pineapple), and Dark Whisky Marmalade's chunks of orange peel and distinctive whisky flavour.

At Black Horse, we agree wholeheartedly with William Cowper that "variety's the very spice of life, that gives it all its flavor". For this reason, we have a good variety of products to suit all tastes - from the all-time favourite Tomato Relish to the deliciously different Plum & Cinnamon Jam.

We take a lot of time at Black Horse to prepare our products by hand, making sure that each batch is made to our exacting standards so that you get a high quality product every time.

All our products have no artificial colouring, flavouring or preservatives.
