Collection: Redbrick

The Redbrick name comes from a small suburban cafe lined with Canberra red bricks.  With a coffee roaster squeezed in the corner, milk crates on the grass and endless chit chat, we built a space to connect the community with the coffee we loved. That’s how it all started in 2011 and our approach remains the same today (although today there are less milk crates and the roastery is a little bigger).
