Earl Grey is a classic flavour which we have many varieties of so there are heaps of options for earl grey lovers. The tea was originally made for Earl Grey (in the 1830s) when returning from Canton he discovered he thoroughly enjoyed the flavour of tea with bitter orange pieces. On his return to London he replaced the orange with bergamot and the tradition was born.
