What is Agrumato?

Chilli Agrumato is made by crushing fresh olives and chilli peppers simultaneously during the olive oil extraction process. This unique method allows the spicy and aromatic qualities of the chilli to infuse into the olive oil, creating a delightful and zesty flavour.

TASTE IT

Made using the traditional “Agrumato” method, where we press our finest olives together with locally grown fiery red and green chilli’s. This vibrant red EVOO makes a bold statement on the palate, and leaves a warmth in the back of the throat. 

ENJOY IT

Drizzle over pizza and pasta, stir-fryed seafood, sautéed vegetables, marinate proteins or garnish your favourite breakfast eggs.
