Our instructions to make a Chai Latte:
Transport yourself to the streets of India by placing 3 teaspoons of chai tea in cup. Cover leaves with boiling water and let steep for a few minutes. Top up your cup with milk and heat until piping hot. Strain immediately or for a real chai kick let the tea brew for a few minutes. Like it sweet? Add honey. Like it spicy? Use a 1/4 teaspoon of chai powder.
