Roasted Capsicum Tapenade 140g

Gently roasted and naturally sweet, the roasted red capsicum forms the basis of a delicious full bodied tapenade . As a serving suggestion, warm the roasted capsicum tapenade slightly and then add to al dente pasta, top with a drizzle of olive oil, some finely diced freshly chopped tomatoes , mix well and serve immediately.
