Do you have a shop I can visit?

No. After nine wonderful years as a bricks and mortar store, we're now fully online. You can browse our full range of gifts, homewares, yarns, craft supplies and unique finds right here on our website.

What if an item is out of stock?

Some of our products are sourced in small batches, so they can sell out quickly. If something you love is out of stock, please get in touch. We may be able to restock it, suggest an alternative or place an urgent order with our supplier.

I can't find the item I am looking for, what should I do?

If you're searching for something specific and can't find it on our website, feel free to contact us. We're always happy to help you track it down or check if it's coming back.

Can I suggest a product or brand?

Absolutely! We love discovering new products, makers and small businesses. If you've found something you think we should know about please let us know. We're always on the lookout for beautiful, unique items to add to our collection.

Do you accept returns?

We're unable to offer returns for change of mind. Many of our products are sourced in small batches, so availability can be limited. If you have a faulty product however, please reach out and we will work with you to find the best solution.

Can I return wool or yarn?

Because dyelots vary and yarn must be kept free from contamination (such as moth exposure) we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on wool or yarn purchases.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If something isn't right, please contact us within 14 days and we'll help sort it.

Do you offer local delivery?

YES! In fact we offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY within the Canberra area. Your order will be delivered safely to your door, usually within a few days.

Do you ship Australia Wide?

YES! We off affordable flat rate shipping across Australia. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes! If you prefer to order online we are more than happy to take your order details over the phone. 

We can help you choose products, check stock and organise payment and delivery.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

We don't currently offer click & collect, as we're now fully online. However, we do offer free local delivery within the Canberra area, which is a convenient alternative for nearby customers.
