Change of Mind Returns

We're unable to offer returns for change of mind. Many of our products are sourced in small batches (dyelots for Yarn purchases) and availability can be limited, so we appreciate your understanding.

Wool & Yarn Purchases

Due to dyelot variations and the need to protect our yarn from contamination (such as moth exposure), we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on wool or yarn purchases. This helps us keep our yarn collection safe, consistent and high-quality for all customers.
